ATD Show is the commercial truck Industry’s premier marketplace for cutting-edge innovations, products and technologies targeted to commercial truck dealerships – those who own, operate and work within the franchised new truck dealerships industry. Please note this show is not open to the general public.

ATD cannot accept registrations over the phone. You may register for ATD Show in four ways:

On-Site:Registration will also be available at the Attendee Registration during the show located at Registration Desk 6 in the Encore Las Vegas. However, we strongly urge you to spend less time waiting in line on-site and register online early. Early bird rate ends Thursday, November 12, 2021 ; advance rate ends Wednesday, March 9, 2022.

*Please note that payment must accompany all registration types. Day passes are not offered. Registration is for the full 3-day show.

We accept all major forms of credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover) for online, fax, and on-site registration. If registering by mail, you must submit a personal check, along with your printed registration form.

Both ATD members and non-members are welcome to attend the show. However, ATD members receive a discounted rate. To learn more about joining ATD please visit ATD’s membership page.

Yes, the NADA Welcome Kick-off Reception is available to ATD Show Attendees.  The NADA Welcome Kick-off Reception is included in the registration for Dealers and Managers and their registered guests.  The cost for non-member Dealers and Managers, guests, and Allied Industry attendees is $250 per person.

Spouses who accompany a dealer/manager can register at the spouse/relative rate, which includes all benefits of a full 3-day registration.

All registered spouses/relatives have access to the ATD Connection Hub, Education and ATD General Sessions.


At this time, ATD does not offer a student rate.



Yes, children under 18 may attend the ATD Show and must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times within the convention center and on convention center property. Registration for children is complimentary and must be done onsite. All children, except infants in backpacks or slings, must be registered and badged to be admitted to the Connection Hub. 

Yes, all changes to attendee registration details such as name, company, address, etc. will need to be done directly with Maritz. This change must be made in writing by emailing Maritz at: There is no deadline for making these types of changes to your registration.

We will be more than happy to reprint your Attendee Badge at Attendee Registration area located at Registration Desk 6 in the Encore Las Vegas. Please note you are allowed 1 free reprint. Any reprints after that are charged a $50 fee.

If you need to cancel your ATD Show attendee registration, please email by Friday, January 28, 2022 to receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. After this date no refund will be given for any reason. You are responsible for cancelling your own hotel reservation as well.

ATD’s headquarters hotel for the ATD Show 2022 is Encore Las Vegas.


Hotel accommodations can be reserved during your registration process once registration opens. There will be an option towards the end of the registration form where you can select your hotel accommodations. Hotel reservations can also be added later but can only be made if you have register for ATD Show. The last day to make hotel reservations is Thursday, February 17, 2022.

The ATD Show Welcome Reception will take place in the ATD Connection Hub, Encore Ballroom 1 - 3 of the Encore Las Vegas on Thursday, March 10 from 5pm-6:30pm.

ATD Show 2022 is featured as part of the NADA Show app. The Show app can be downloaded for free from the App Store or Google Play on your Apple or Android device.  

While on the go at ATD Show 2022, you'll want to use the app to manage your personal agenda, find and connect with fellow ATD Show attendees, view session details, submit session feedback, access interactive venue and much more.  


At this time, ATD does not offer such a session for just ATD attendees. However, NADA offers a first-time orientation called Meet NADA: Show Orientation. An opportunity to discover the innovative ways you can learn and network throughout the show. Don’t miss this orientation which will be held on Thursday, March 10 at 10:30 am at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

All ATD Keynote and General Session speakers will be speaking at the Encore Las Vegas in the Encore Ballroom 4 - 8.

Health & Safety

As the 2022 NADA Show will not take place until March of next year, it is too early to say where the country will be by the time of the Show.  As always, we continue to monitor events leading up to any NADA-hosted event and will issue further updates as we get closer to the Show.  We will always put the health and safety of our attendees, vendors and staff front and center.

We will rely on the guidance of the CDC and our healthcare community as well as the requirements applicable at our event venues to inform our decisions related to the NADA Show and other NADA-hosted events.  But it is too early to make a determination on specific actions we might take regarding the 2022 NADA Show.

What we've learned is that our dealers appreciate, our vendors appreciate, and our OEMs appreciate an in-person Show.  As of now, we are 100 percent planning on an in-person Show in Las Vegas in 2022, and of course will have a contingency plan in place if an in-person Show is not feasible.  We are planning a hybrid event to compliment the in-person Show targeted towards mid-level management.  More information to follow in December.

NADA is monitoring federal, state and local guidance and requirements related to in-person events, including guidance or requirements related to masking.  That guidance and those requirements will inform what mandates, if any, are followed at the Show.
