The ATD Show Welcome Reception will take place on the ATD Expo Floor; Ballroom C - G of the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino on Friday, February 14 from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm.

ATD Show 2020 is featured as part of the NADA Show app. The Show app can be downloaded for free from the App Store or Google Play on your Apple or Android device.  

While on the go at ATD Show 2020, you'll want to use the app to manage your personal agenda, find and connect with fellow ATD Show attendees, view session details, submit session feedback, access interactive venue and show floor maps and much more.  

At this time, ATD does not offer such a session for just ATD attendees. However, NADA offers a first-time orientation called Meet NADA: Show Orientation. An opportunity to discover the innovative ways you can learn and network throughout the show. Don’t miss this orientation which will be held on Friday, February 14 at 10:30 am in room N245-247. 

All ATD Keynote and General Session speakers will be speaking at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino in Ballroom A – B.

ATD’s headquarters hotel for the ATD Show 2020 is Encore Las Vegas.

Hotel accommodations can be reserved during your registration process once registration opens. There will be an option towards the end of the registration form where you can select your hotel accommodations. Hotel reservations can also be added later but can only be made if you have register for ATD Show. The last day to make hotel reservations at the group rate is Thursday, January 23, 2020.

NADA/ATD provides free shuttle service between Las Vegas Convention Center’s key hotels within the NADA/ATD Show housing block starting on Friday, February 14, through Monday, February 17. The shuttle schedule will be added at a later date.

ATD Show is the commercial truck Industry’s premier marketplace for cutting-edge innovations, products and technologies targeted to commercial truck dealerships – those who own, operate and work within the franchised new truck dealerships industry. Please note this show is not open to the general public.

ATD cannot accept registrations over the phone. You may register for ATD Show in four ways:

We accept all major forms of credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover) for online, fax, mail and on-site registration. If registering by mail, you may submit a personal check, along with your printed registration form.

Both ATD members and non-members are welcome to attend the show. However, ATD members receive a discounted rate. To learn more about joining ATD please visit ATD’s membership page.

Spouses who accompany a dealer/manager can register at the spouse/relative rate, which includes all benefits of a full 3-day registration. Please note spouse/relative rate does not include attendance to the education program. If your spouse/relative would like to attend the education program, then they need to register as a dealer manager.

All registered spouses/relatives have access to the ATD Expo Floor and ATD General Sessions.

At this time, ATD does not offer a student rate.

Yes, children under 18 may attend the Expo and must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times within the convention center and on convention center property. Registration for children is complimentary and must be done onsite. All children, except infants in backpacks or slings, must be registered and badged to be admitted to the Expo Hall. Children under 18 are not permitted on the Expo floor during move-in/out. For your safety, strollers are not allowed in the exhibit hall at any time. No exceptions will be made. Please make arrangements to leave strollers in the coat/bag check area.

Yes, all changes to attendee registration details such as name, company, address, etc. will need to be done directly with Experient. This change must be made in writing by emailing Experient at: nada@experient-inc.com. There is no deadline for making these types of changes to your registration.

We will be more than happy to reprint your Attendee Badge at Attendee Registration area located at Las Vegas Convention Center – Hall N3. Please note you are allowed 1 free reprint. Any reprints after that are charged a $35 fee.

If you need to cancel your ATD Show attendee registration, please email nada@experient-inc.comby Friday, January 3, 2020 to receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. After this date no refund will be given for any reason. You are responsible for cancelling your own hotel reservation as well.
