Jodie Teuton is co-founder of Kenworth of Louisiana, representing Kenworth and Hino brands. Before joining the retail auto and truck business in 1997, she practiced law in Louisiana. An advocate for her industry, Teuton is the current chairwoman of the American Truck Dealers.

Ron Armstrong has been PACCAR’s chief executive officer and a member of its board of directors since April 2014; previous roles during his 25- year career with the manufacturer have included president, executive vice president and senior vice president of Financial Services. His first position with PACCAR was assistant division controller at Peterbilt Motors; previously he was a senior manager at Ernst & Young. Armstrong holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Central Oklahoma, attended the Executive Development Program at Northwestern University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

As one of Washington’s most effective policy strategists, Mike Joyce specializes in transportation, infrastructure, trade and tax policy. He began independent consulting work after serving as senior vice president and chief of Legislative Affairs for the American Trucking Associations.
Prior to joining ATA, he was Washington representative for PACCAR for the Owner Operator Independent Drivers Association. Joyce spent nearly a decade working in Congress as legislative director and chief of staff for Congressional leaders on key committees.

Paul D. Metrey is NADA’s vice president of Regulatory Affairs and chief regulatory counsel for Financial Services, Privacy, and Tax. He represents dealer interests before federal agencies that oversee dealer operations.
Metrey is the author and editor of numerous NADA publications, including the NADA-NAMAD-AIADA Fair Credit Compliance Policy & Program. He frequently speaks to dealers, dealership compliance professionals and other industry groups on an array of regulatory topics, including credit, privacy, identity theft, telemarketing and taxation.

As NADA’s chief regulatory counsel for Environment, Health and Safety, Doug Greenhaus represents dealer interests before federal agencies including the Environmental Protection Agency, Department of Transportation and Department of Labor. He advises and counsels NADA members and staff on federal regulatory matters, has authored numerous trade publication articles and educational materials, and speaks frequently at industry engagements.

Brad Miller is NADA’s director of Legal and Regulatory Affairs, representing dealer interests before federal agencies, including the Federal Reserve Board, Federal Trade Commission, Federal Communications Commission, Department of the Treasury and Internal Revenue Service. He is an industry-leading expert on data privacy and cybersecurity regulatory issues affecting dealers.
